Registration policy

Find below the registration policy for the courses offered by HubFormation directly. For the courses we give at our training partners venues (Technologia Training or École de technologie supérieure), you need to consult their registration policy.

Registration and fees

• Once we have received your registration, we will confirm by email
• Registration fees must be paid upon reception of the invoice. Those fees include training material and the course. GST and QST are not included in the advertised price. VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
• Please register as soon as possible since the number of seats is limited.

Schedule modification

HubFormation reserves the right to modify the schedule for a course or to cancel a scheduled course. Courses, syllabi, fees and dates can be changed at all time. If a course is cancelled, our responsibility is limited to the registration fees for the course.

Cancellations

There are no cancellation fees providing that HubFormation is notified by writing (email : inscriptions@espacecourbeformation.com or fax 438 375-4831) five business days before the class, otherwise you will be required to pay 25% of the registration fees. Those not attending the class without prior notice are required to to pay the registration fees in full. Subtitutes are authorized if we are notified before the beginning of the course
